The Monarch Effect began as a dream. A seed of thought embedded in a deep passion to create positive change. These thoughts were the initial conception of Founder, Sandra Nitchie who in 2007 formed the Monarch Effect with the intention to create a positive change felt around the world.

Being new to the realms of spirit, Sandra embarked on a journey with the butterflies, which enveloped an overwhelming sense of the unknown but also felt destined, therefore could not be ignored. With the Monarch’s vision deeply rooted in her heart, she chose a path that had no answers, only questions. As her journey with the butterflies progressed also did the Monarch Effect.

Today the Monarch Effect is still a seed of thought streaming from Sandra’s undying passion to create positive change for herself, which now begins to reflect out into the world. Today we celebrate the Monarch Effect’s evolved vision and mission, which portrays the essence of the butterfly’s and Sandra’s dream.
